Nope! I help you create a healthy eating pattern that is enjoyable + sustainable to you. While I can certainly help you transition to eating more plant-based foods to support lasting health, you do not have to cut out ANY foods that you don’t want to. Most of my clients still include some animal foods along the way.
No problem! I’m here to make your life SIMPLE and stress-free when it comes to eating healthy for weight loss. You get all my tips, tricks, and resources to reach your goals without having to prepare two separate meals for every eating occasion.
Both plant-based and omnivore (includes meat/dairy) meal plans are provided throughout the program plus quick meal & snack guides for inspiration. Most importantly, I teach you HOW to create your own meal plan and build balanced meals that are filling and satisfying to YOU so you are able to confidently nourish your body for the rest of your life.
