I walk you through exactly how to create a plan that works specifically for YOU and help you put it into action along the way.   • Do I have to give up meat and dairy?

    Nope! I help you create a healthy eating pattern that is enjoyable + sustainable to you. While I can certainly help you transition to eating more plant-based foods to support lasting health, you do not have to cut out ANY foods that you don’t want to. Most of my clients still include some animal foods along the way.

  • What if my partner/kids/family don’t want to eat the same as me?

    No problem! I’m here to make your life SIMPLE and stress-free when it comes to eating healthy for weight loss. You get all my tips, tricks, and resources to reach your goals without having to prepare two separate meals for every eating occasion.

  • Will you write me a meal plan?

    Both plant-based and omnivore (includes meat/dairy) meal plans are provided throughout the program plus quick meal & snack guides for inspiration. Most importantly, I teach you HOW to create your own meal plan and build balanced meals that are filling and satisfying to YOU so you are able to confidently nourish your body for the rest of your life. This is why my clients are so successful!

  • Is there a payment plan?

    Yes, we have several payment plans available to fit your budget. You can pay monthly over 4 months, 6 months, or pay in full to save $.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. After 7 days, the program is non-refundable.
