    Yes, we have several payment plans available to fit your budget. Payment plans start as low as $279 USD per month.

  • Do I have to give up meat and dairy?

    Nope! I help you create a healthy eating pattern that is enjoyable + sustainable to you. While I can certainly help you transition to eating more plant-based foods to support lasting health, you do not have to cut out ANY foods that you donโ€™t want to. Most of my clients still include some animal foods along the way.
